Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning “the company” means Long Live The Boleyn (LLTB). “Customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. LLTB aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days. Customers in the UK, please allow 7 working days to report to LLTB any outstanding orders, 10 working days for Europe, 14 working days for rest of the World.

LLTB reserves the right to cancel any order of it's choosing prior to dispatch. In this instance we will issue a full refund at the point of cancellation

Claims

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to LLTB within seven working days of delivery. LLTB shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to LLTB for examination.

Liability

If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. If the customer establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option 

replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of LLTB to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Failure to keep the items in an unused, resalable condition may result in a reduced refund.

LLTB offers a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds 

exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

We regret that we are unable to offer this policy for on any sale or clearance items unless proven faulty. Sale items may be returned within 14 days if faulty.

Specifications

The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
